The Bamix Gastro 200 is a commercial grade hand blender which can cope with high demand and the many tasks required in a commercial kitchen. This extremely powerful hand blender has a 200-watt, two-speed motor as well as an extended blending shaft, which makes it perfect for blending larger batches compared to others in the Bamix range.
The Gastro doesn’t lack quality as the stalk is made out of tactile materials and is simple to use with just two buttons to control it. You can undertake any kitchen chopping task with precision and care thanks to the various Bamix accessories. The appliance is ideal for a huge range of tasks as it can be used to chop, purée, emulsify, mix, blend, froth, grind, pulverise, grate and whip food.
Weighing just 1 kg the Bamix Gastro blender fits comfortably into your hand making for the most natural operation possible. It’s easy to hold due to being lightweight, which means there is less stress and impact on your hands, wrist and arms.
The Bamix Gastro is a very powerful appliance, with blending speeds of up to 17,000 RPM and a 200-watt motor. Even with all of this power the Gastro still has a quiet operation while blitzing through almost every ingredient. Cleaning is no fuss as you simply rinse the head of the hand blender under the tap until clean.
It's also worth mentioning that the Bamix is completely safe to use in hot saucepans, as all the heads are double insulated for deep immersion into hot and cold liquids. With the Gastro 200, it has an extra long shaft of around 25 cm, which can be submerged into bigger and deeper containers.
Another issue with many hand blenders is that the contents can splash back out of the container. To help stop this all Bamix's have safety guards which allow for optimal movement of the food being processed and no repetitive movements are needed when preparing. Also, all Bamix hand blenders use special vortex technology to create a safer and cleaner blending environment.
The Bamix Gastro blender comes with plenty of great accessories to make cooking as easy as possible. Within the box, there is a wall mount to allow for quick easy access.
The attachments that you receive with the Gastro will allow you to do a number of functions safely in small and large containers. The Bamix whisk blade performs whisking tasks with ease but it can also stir, emulsify and mash. You can even create your own mayonnaise with this blade.
The beater blade can be used to whip, beat, homogenise, cream, aerate and foam ingredients, which is perfect for all your baked goods. This blade has the ability to froth milk, which can be used to make the perfect coffee.
It's clear to see you can do a number of functions with Bamix Gastro including, purees, blending, liquidising, mixing, whipping, beating, homogenising, aerating, foaming, mashing, stirring and emulsifying. It can even be used to make wonderful cocktails.
What's included
Deliveries to the UK are sent with a Free Next Working Day service on orders over £100 that operates from Monday to Friday. This timeframe increases to 2 days for UK offshore islands and Scottish highlands. Deliveries abroad will vary in length depending on the destination, for more specific information please contact us. Please be aware that orders must be placed before 15:00 to receive them on the following working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the closest following working day instead.
All orders destined for the UK with a total value of £100 or more are eligible for Free Delivery. Orders with a lower value will have a standard delivery charge of £3.95. For a full list of all our available delivery options, please see our delivery information page.
We currently accept payments using credit card and PayPal, Paypal also includes pay in three and pay later.
Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100, orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, There is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 - £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If you order on the weekend, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day, and delivery will be dependant on the options chosen.
