The drying process is very unique to Excalibur as it is the only machine that uses a Parallexx Horizontal Airflow Drying System. With this unique design and technology dehydrating is quick and easy.
Excalibur has mastered their drying technology as cool air is drawn in the back, heated, and distributed evenly across each tray. During the dehydration process, warm air removes moisture from foods and is pushed out the front of the machine. The horizontal airflow feature in the Excalibur ensures even dehydration and eliminates the need to re-stack trays during the drying process.
Many round dehydrators cannot distribute heat as evenly as Excalibur dehydrators, resulting in a less controlled drying environment, an increase in time to dry, constant maintenance due to frequent tray re-stacking and cleaning due to spillages.

If your looking to bulk dehydrate the 10 tray offers a unique dual drying zone, which makes dehydrating different types of ingredients easy and simple. Each zone can be set for different temperatures and durations.Removable trays let you dehydrate smaller and larger ingredients e.g whole fruits compared to sliced fruits. The flexible mesh inserts are great for sticky foods as they stop anything from getting stuck to the trays and make cleaning that little bit easier. The Excalibur’s adjustable thermostat offers the capability of perfect dehydration on every occasion ranging from 35°C - 74°C. You can dehydrate fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat for jerky, fruit puree for fruit roll-ups, raise bread or make homemade yoghurt.
The toughened glass doors can be used to observe the drying cycle without opening the door and lowering the temperature, meaning that the heat is not lost through checking the products.
The 99-hour timer is super handy to set timers and temperatures throughout the drying process.
This is great for ingredients that need longer drying times, as your won’t need to hang around waiting for the dehydrator to finish its job.
Deliveries to the UK are sent with a Free Next Working Day service on orders over £100 that operates from Monday to Friday. This timeframe increases to 2 days for UK offshore islands and Scottish highlands. Deliveries abroad will vary in length depending on the destination, for more specific information please contact us. Please be aware that orders must be placed before 15:00 to receive them on the following working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the closest following working day instead.
All orders destined for the UK with a total value of £100 or more are eligible for Free Delivery. Orders with a lower value will have a standard delivery charge of £3.95. For a full list of all our available delivery options, please see our delivery information page.
We currently accept payments using credit card and PayPal, Paypal also includes pay in three and pay later.
Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100, orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, There is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 - £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If you order on the weekend, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day, and delivery will be dependant on the options chosen.
