This is accomplished by Sage’s innovative Dosing IQ™ technology which ensures the same dose is given every time you grind. The Smart Grinder™ Pro comes with both programmable cup and shot volumes as well as pre-sets for french press, filter, and espresso. The Smart Grinder™ Pro features precision burr calibration which will allow you to have more control over your perfect cup and can allow you to set the dose precisely in 0.2-second increments giving you total control of your dose.

All the features such as the selection of 60 grind settings and dosage adjustments can be accessed by the front LCD display. It will also give you all the control over your cups or shots as well as grind time and grind size so how fine or coarse you want the ground texture. This will allow you to make the ideal cup of coffee by having the perfect ground coffee to start with.
With 60 grind settings to choose from you can be sure that you will find your ideal cup, some examples of the many settings are french press, shots and or filter for espresso so you can get the right dose of coffee every time no matter what type of beans you use.
The Smart Grinder™ Pro has the ability to grind into a portafilter, paper filter, gold-tone filter basket or an airtight container giving you the flexibility to even keep ground beans fresh in a vacuum container for use later. So every cup of coffee you drink will be fresh.

Deliveries to the UK are sent with a Free Next Working Day service on orders over £100 that operates from Monday to Friday. This timeframe increases to 2 days for UK offshore islands and Scottish highlands. Deliveries abroad will vary in length depending on the destination, for more specific information please contact us. Please be aware that orders must be placed before 15:00 to receive them on the following working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the closest following working day instead.

We currently accept payments using credit card and PayPal. Paypal also includes pay in three and pay later.
Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100, orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, There is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 - £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If you order on the weekend, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day, and delivery will be dependent on the options chosen.
